Isabel Graf, Ph.D., is an expert in Organizational Behavior, with more than 30 years of experience in human resources and business and financial operations. She has expertise in developing leaders and building teams, learning and development, career management, workforce planning, staffing and business operations.

Through assessments, executive coaching and leadership development services, Isabel helps leaders to be more effective. She has worked with many organizations to improve their talent through competency development, succession management, performance management and on-boarding processes.

Isabel has worked as a CPA at KPMG and was an Accounting Manager for Longman Group USA and Controller at Inacom. At Right Management, she excelled in career management and change management projects and, as an executive at CSX Transportation, she managed several major HR functions.
