Lynora Bowen, Appreciative Inquiry Coach and Facilitator, has more than 25 years of extensive corporate experience in organizational transformation work, human resources and building effectiveness in manufacturing operations. She is a certified Appreciative Inquiry Coach, a certified Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator, a certified coach in Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i™, EQ-360®) and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). She holds both Green Belt and Black Belt Six Sigma Certifications. She has extensive training and experience in Change Management and Mindsets & Behaviors. She is a certified Facilitator in the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People by the Covey Leadership Center. She holds a certificate from SHRM/Cornell Certificate in Strategic Leadership – The Next Paradigm. She is also the Administrator Chair, North Florida, of the Society of Emotional Intelligence. Bowen is a graduate of the Cornell Certificate Program in Human Resources Leadership, and holds a Bachelor of Science from North Carolina State University and Masters in Business Administration from East Carolina University.
